As City Administrator for the City of Pensacola, Tim "Lucky" Kinsella explains that his job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of city government and to enact the Mayor’s vision. Financial advisor Ryan Patton with Stifel/Pensacola presented a fascinating program today on "Behavioral Finance & Investment Decisions: Frameworks to Make Better Money Choices." He gave us lots of food for thought as he shared the theories of Daniel Kahneman (and others), a psychologist whose work in the psychology of judgment and decision-making and behavioral economics earned the 2002 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences.
