Project SMART is the first and only multi-disciplinary project geared to eradicate addiction. Decades of failed policies have torn apart families and devastated communities. It is more important than ever that our Rotary clubs in the local community take care of each other and provide solutions to this addiction and overdose crisis. The North America Rotary Action Group for Addiction Prevention provides local Rotary clubs with all the necessary tools and programs to make an impact, save lives, and eradicate addiction through a sustainable project.
